ORDER & SHIPPING POLICY

Our products are hand-poured, crafted with care using organic ingredients. We appreciate your patience as we create something special for you.

Processing Time:

  • Orders take 3–5 business days to prepare.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Days:

  • We ship Monday through Friday.

  • Most orders ship between Tuesday and Thursday, depending on order time.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses.

Shipping Notifications:

  • You will receive an order confirmation after checkout.

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once your order ships (may take up to 72 hours).

Delivery:

  • Delivery location is at the discretion of the courier (e.g., doorstep, mailbox).

  • Packages may or may not require a signature depending on the carrier.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked delivered.

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly for claims. We are happy to assist but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are subject to change.

  • Express shipping and third-party shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Delays:

  • Delivery times may be delayed due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
