We stand behind our studio products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Eligibility:

Refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

Each fragrance includes a complimentary sample vial. Please use this before opening the full-sized product.
How to Request a Refund:

Test the included sample vial.

If unsatisfied, do not open the full-sized product.

Email refunds@TOPNOTE.us to request return authorization.

Once approved, ship the product to the return address provided.

After inspection, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost.
Note: Shipping costs and third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Processing Time:
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Non-Refundable Items:

Opened, used, or damaged products

Custom orders or limited-edition gift boxes

Items returned without prior approval
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@TOPNOTE.us with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll resolve it promptly.
Policy Abuse & Legal Notice:
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or outside policy. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
