About the Role
Role Overview:
We’re a new, early-stage brand looking for a creative, reliable assistant to help with social media execution — not strategy. This is a hands-on, execution-only role focused on content creation, posting, scheduling, and light outreach. Strategy, brand direction, and content concepts will be provided by the founder. Your job is to help bring those ideas to life consistently and on time.
This role is ideal for:

What you’ll do:
Create & schedule content from provided concepts
Post 1–2 TikToks per week (process-based content
Occasional IG posts + light YouTube familiarity
Research potential ambassadors/clients (free samples provided)
Keep tasks updated in Asana / Microsoft Project
Join quick weekly check-ins (Teams or Zoom)
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
Comfortable with TikTok, IG, Twitter/X, YouTube
Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
Light editing skills are a plus
Students, interns, aspiring influencers welcome
Time commitment:
~5–10 hrs/week
Flexible, deadline-based
Compensation:
Paid stipend / limited hourly pay
Best for resume-building & real startup experience
